Summer Self-Defense Course

🔥The Summer Self-Defense Course is Back!

❤️ Over the next three months, we’ll learn together how to break free from fear, how to protect ourselves in real-life situations, and how to gain more self-confidence and peace of mind—wherever we are!

🥋 Our instructor will once again be the amazing Radostina Nikolova – an instructor at the Central Police Karate and Jiu-Jitsu Club, and a 2nd Dan in Police Personal Defense!

📅 In July, we’ll meet every Thursday at 6:00 PM!
