The International Youth Centre is situated in Burgas' largest residential area, Meden Rudnik. The location is convenient and easily accessible both by public and private transportation. The built-up area of 1,153 sq. m. consists of a parking lot, multifunctional spaces, recreation areas and areas for informal cultural and educational activities. The ground floor holds a cafeteria, and the second floor includes a 35-bed facility for guest speakers and participants in national and international events. The building meets the Council of Europe's standards for accessible environment for people with reduced mobility.
В края на април 2024 г. Община Бургас успешно реализира Проект № BGLD-2.001-0002 „Създаване на Младежки международен център – Бургас” по програма „Местно развитие, намаляване на бедността и подобрено включване на уязвими групи”, финансирана от Финансовия механизъм на Европейското икономическо пространство (ФМ на ЕИП) 2014 -2021г. С решение на Общински съвет – Бургас бе създадено Общинско Предприятие „Международен младежки културен център”, което обединява потенциала на двата младежки центъра в града – Младежки международен център и Младежки културен център.
