70 applications were submitted for the job openings at the that International Youth Center. Burgas Municipality announced a total of seven positions for youth workers and educational recourse facilitators in relation to the “Establishment of the International Youth Center – Burgas” project, which is implemented under “Local Development, Poverty Reduction and Enhanced Inclusion of Vulnerable Groups” program, and funded by the 2014-2021 EEA FM.
According to the project team, application processing will take some time and job interviews are set to be scheduled in early December.
“We are very pleased with the large number of candidates, but this also brings along great pressure. Every application will be carefully reviewed. We ask candidates for their patience and understanding, as this process takes time. We were pleasantly surprised to receive applications from Ukraine, Turkey, Kazakhstan, and even from Houston, Texas!”, said the International Youth Center’s Manager Maria Salabasheva.
The list of approved candidates will be published in the CAREERS section of Burgas Municipality’s website. Information about the job interview’s location, date, and time will also be provided. Interviews will be rescheduled only in case that candidates have significant reasons not to appear on the posted day and time.
