LEAP 2026 – Leadership Education in America Program
Created by the America for Bulgaria Foundation, LEAP 2026 will take 15 inspiring professionals from the NGO, public, and private sectors to the United States.
At Babson College – one of the world’s most prestigious institutions for entrepreneurship – participants will engage in an intensive training program designed to strengthen their leadership, communication, and strategic skills.

Eligibility Requirements:
Bulgarian citizens
Hold a university degree
Professionals from the public, private, or nonprofit sectors who have ideas for improving local communities or Bulgaria as a whole
Born in 1986 or later (and at least 18 years old)
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
Good command of English (the program is conducted entirely in English, with no translation)
Have not studied in the U.S. (neither bachelor’s nor master’s programs)
Have not previously participated in America for Bulgaria Foundation programs in the U.S.
Submit a complete application by October 10, 2025
The program is coordinated by the Association of Bulgarian Leaders and Entrepreneurs (ABLE) in partnership with the Bulgarian Center for Not-for-Profit Law (BCNL) and the Institute for Market Economics.
LEAP is funded by the America for Bulgaria Foundation and is free of charge for participants.
